This stands for "Dossier to China." Another huge step for us in that most of our paperwork and documents are complete! We now await word that China has received our dossier and has "logged us in" to their system. This means that we will be in their database and our agency will work to match us with a specific file (a referral) of a little girl in China. We're close to matching with our daughter, people!
