Our 2nd Home

Asher is revealing more and more of his personality everyday. He is a happy kid even though he had a rough start to life. We’re also finding out that he is more curious and adventurous than Brennan was at 19 months. So we believe that this broken arm may be just one of many injuries to come (of course we pray that he is safe). He is surely all BOY!

So for us our 2nd home continues to be at UNC. Little Houdini has pulled off not just one, but 2 casts. Each time we have to go back to UNC to get x-rays and a new cast. We are currently on cast #4 and hope that he can make it just a few more days till it gets taken off on Friday.  Please pray that the Lord continues to give us an abundance of patience with sweet Asher.

Here’s just a sample of his recent adventures…

So proud of himself for finding his own snack! He crawled into the fridge pulled out the box, got it on the floor, and opened it up to pull out some biscuits AND butter!

On a much more exciting note we are excited to share that we SOLD our house and we’re under contract with a new home that we love. The next few weeks are going to be a bit crazy for us as we pack all of our belongings into a storage until, fly to Santa Cruz for 6 weeks, close on both homes while we’re gone, and then return from CA to move into our new home. Please pray that all these things go smoothly.
